into making your orders ship out of here in
a quick and timely manner. Please understand
that during a big sale there are delays that
should be expected, and also unfortunately once
package leaves our facility we have no control
of how long it takes to get to it's destination.
We encourage you to place
your orders early. And if you have any special
intructions please feel free to add them to
the
appropriate field or give us a call as soon
as you have your order number.
If you wish any alternative
shipping we can accomodate that, just enter
your request in the Special Intructions box
or give us a call after you place the order.
Choosing Red/Blue/Orange
- Does not mean it will ship that same day or
next day. Although we make every effort possible
for those orders to get pulled and dispatched
the same day. Orders get prioritized because
of possible needs. Respective choice applies
day shipment leaves our warehouse, so in other
terms we are not responsible for shipping if
it does not make it out the same day. Thanks
for your understanding.

International these will be applied after your
order is placed, if neither one applies we will
contact you via e-mail to advise you of charges
and await confirmation.
We will do backorders on certain items if we
feel we can ship them out within a reasonable
amount of time. We try to email you when you
have a backorder or you will see when you receive
your order. All these backorders ship First
Class Mail. If you wish to cancel backorder
it's your responsibility to inform us of that.
Please inform original order number and item
lookup Code to do so.
At the Bead Warehouse we want you to be happy
with your order. If you are dissatisfied for
any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.
There will be a 15% restocking fee. Must be
within 30 days and in original packing and condition.
You must get an RMA number, and fax in RMA request
form and invoice prior to shipping merchandise
back. You must have an RMA number prior to shipping
any merchandise back. All packages without this
number will be refused. Clearance items are
not returnable. Sales are Final. And shipping
is not refundable.
Do not discard your invoice! Fill out the form
completely and request an RMA number after receiving
this number you may ship package back, enclose
forms with the merchandise you wish to return.
Returns are refunded to your card. Keep a photocopy
of your invoice for your records.

1. Pack the item in a sturdy carton (the original,
if possible) and seal with strong tape. RMA
number must be on outside of package in BOLD.

3. For your protection, ship all returns prepaid
and insured. We will refund your postage when
appropriate and if we made a mistake, All other
cases you are responsible for any shipping cost.
4. If you require a replacement before the return
is received, please call customer service at
800.423.7011. Your replacement and your return
may cross in the mail. You will pay for the
replacement merchandise and credit will applied
after complying with above criteria.
5. Returns and exchanges approved by us but
not our fault will automatically carry a minimal
shipping charge for returning merchandise to
the customer. We are not responsible for any
shipping expenses incurred in you getting the
product back to us.
Items sold in minimum quantity packages must
be returned complete. We charge a broken package
fee of $5 or 10%, whichever is higher, on packages
returned with less than the quantity on the
original invoice.
All products on our
website are included in our wholesale pricing
program and (but if we are shipping in the State
of Florida you are required to fax a copy of

we must have a hard copy of this in our hands
or you will be charged for the tax(no exceptions)

us. And, once billed for taxes we cannot refund
